Very disappointed in communication. I called to ask if they had an opening right then to get a simple gel nail paint and the lady on the phone said yes come in right now we can take you- I come in and it’s full and no one is available. So I’m waiting a full hour and still no one can take me. I only had two hours on break at work to do it. And could have gone elsewhere now I can’t even get my nails done bc they wanna lie just to get you in the door. Also one nail tech got done and instead of taking the next guest who has been waiting takes someone who JUST walked in for a pedicure. Very inconsiderate and don’t understand why you would lie about the wait time just to get me in. Would have went elsewhere so I could actually get my nails done. Very disappointed so I won’t be back bc she was not honest about wait time over the phone. Bad business ethic.

This has been my 3rd time and once again I am AMAZED!!!! They are always pretty busy so it's best to make an appointment if you don't want to wait. They are definitely worth the wait though!! Everyone there is friendly and they do their very best work! My hands are in water alot and this is the first and only place I have found where my nails don't fall off after two weeks, even with wearing gloves. I have nothing but good to say about these folks!!! 20/10 definitely recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love Lynn. She is the best I’ve been going to her since she opened my nails last week so long and they’re so professional and she does a great job. She’s one of the best.

I absolutely love this place. The workers are very kind and understanding. I been to many nail salons in my military life an by far this one is the best. I recommend 100%. I'm sad I'm moving away cause I will miss it.
They are great with kids too.

DO NOT GO HERE, the man “running” this establishment was very rude to my mother and I after scheduling an appointment ahead of time and waiting 45 minutes in the lounge area. After that long wait he said he could “only take one of us” because he misheard me on the phone call.
