In spite of being super busy they helped me find items that were still being unpacked. They were having issues with their freezers being out of order but that’s no fault of the employees. Very friendly staff.

I called to find out if two products was in stock because I wanted to use my $5 off coupon for Saturday but I never can get all my products in one store I always have to stop at multiple DG stores if that’s the store that Ive chosen and this was the last store I could go to I went to 4 all together and they didn’t have all of what I needed and this one was last one as well on my way home closest to my home the guy huffed when I asked about the two products and he was going to explain about going on their website and will say if that location has it in stock or out of stock I told him I’ve done that numerous times and it’s not always accurate at all then after a couple more huffs he actually hung up on me and I called back 5x and got hung up on I usually don’t go to this store because every worker acts like they are mad at the world for having to work there and I asked one guy that never said “hi” or “bye” or nothing at all unless absolutely necessary why he acted as if he hated every person and everything he said that’s how bad it is to work for this store Instead of treating people like you do then just quit if they are that bad he said I can’t DG needs to get a grip on these teenage kids and some of the younger ones that are glued to their headsets and phones I know adults are to but they are billion dollar companies pay a decent wage and for performance and actually watch these workers and how they interact with your customers you might be surprised if you just a few small positive changes with a sullen worker I bet my life your you would notice a difference on your sales

It's just okay. I mean, it's within walking distance from our apartment so I won't complain too much. They need to fill up the shelves, keep the items on them organized/front/faced and hire more staff. That's a relatively large store for such a skeleton crew. They've always been nice to me. I have no idea how they are towards other people. That said, complaints don't come from out of nowhere. Perhaps they can look into improving their customer relations with those unsatisfied customers.

have absolutely nothing stocked!! horrendous customer service! have never had an employee just walk away before completing the transaction. no employee should walk away before finishing checking out their customer to talk to someone else. absolutely terrible.

Awful!! Act like customers are not at the counter and just act like they don't have to help if they don't want too! You chose the dg career it's about the customers!! When the customers are very nice and friendly set a good example for the business! Your not to good to walk to the counter and check someone out ! Rediculous

Just wanted to let everyone know that this store is currently under New management. I am the new manager and I can assure you that I am working really hard to get this store up to store standards. So I ask of you all to please give us another chance to prove ourselves. I have been here a little over a week now and there's already a huge difference. So start making your way back in.

I hope Dollar General as a company sees this and not just the management at the store. My complaint is mostly about Dollar General specifically and not just this location, but I will say I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this location. The staff aren't very friendly and not very knowledgeable. I went in for gift cards and was told they could only sell two per hour and they had to be paid for in cash. Really Dollar General? Nowhere else is this a thing. It's completely ridiculous. But at least I saw a sign warning you at another location that it was cash only. Between they're stupid policies and this location's poor service, I just can't go back.

The people working at the Danielsville store are friendly enough, but it has to be the worst managed Dollar General I've been in. It is never well stocked and organized. And it is always under staffed for the volume of business they do.

The store smelled clean when I walked in. Not a whole lot of boxes in middle of the isles that makes it hard to shop. The cashiers were professional and kind.

Went to the one in Danielsville. They were busy and they had 2 registers open. The cashier I was in line for was very friendly, made conversation and had me checked out in no more than 5 minutes. If that long. I even thanked her for being so fast.

I like this Dollar General certain times on weekends to go when it wasn't crowded. And everyone wears a mask there. I get in and out
