This bank has the absolute worst customer service ever! I had a fraudulent charge on my account on December 23 but when I tried to report the charge their card services and fraud department were closed. Now they are making me wait up to 10 business days to return my money. They refuse to let you speak to the dispute department and after being a direct deposit customer for 6 years the supervisor that did take my call had the nerve to tell me they had to make sure I was telling the truth! DO NOT BANK HERE! Over the last 15 years I have had to report fraud to a card 4 different times. This is the first bank that is making me wait to get my money back. They get Zero Stars and they will lose my accounts, yes accounts, tomorrow. I will also ensure everybody I know understands that they may call themselves First Citizens but their customers do not come first. Again Do not bank here. They do not trust their customers and do not care about your business!
