They are great with kids and families, helping newcomers feel confident and comfortable. The shop itself offers a full experience with impressive mounts, a clean store, and a amazing cedar smell. While there was one instance of a customer not being initially noticed, the overall consensus is not to waste time going elsewhere, as SamBows will do the work right and set customers up for success.

awesome place !! i’ve never shot anything ever and i took my new bow to get it tuned. it took about to 2 hour. they showed me how to use it and made me feel more confident. i was scared but they comforted me and made me feel less scared !!! i highly recommend !!

First time in after a bad experience at another bow shop in Commerce. Sam was super friendly and knowledgeable! Glad to know I’ve found a good shop close by!
