Ms. Lisa was awesome. I had been searching for my packages for 2 days. I finally received a call from Ms. Lisa telling me she had them. Her customer service was everything. Thank you Ms. Lisa.

They keep delivering my packages to the wrong adress. It keeps saying delivered but the actual package is never there. What in the hell is the mail carrier doing

Lately, they've just been understaffed. I don't like the fact that they just started scanning my packages as "delivered" but I receive them two days later. This is pretty recent, at least for us. The nice lady at the counter was very candid and apologetic. She explained the situation. They need people.
