The people at this All Pro Automotive Repair business are the best! I had stopped at a gas station, on the way back from Jacksonville to SC, after leaving the Mayo Clinic, and the metal door on my car to the gas tank would not open. The All Pro people got it open for me, and I was able to get the gas and get home safely. If this had happened to me at night I don't know what I would have done. Thank you a million times to the kind and generous personnel at All Pro Automotive! If I lived in your city, they would become my go to for all things car. Best automotive repair experience in my 45 plus years of driving cars and trucks. Most orderly and clean garage I've ever seen. Lisa (I think) answered phone, super knowledgable and gets right back with diagnosis and price. I was towed in Sunday night, called at 8:05, had price by 9 and truck ready to go at 12:15. Driver's like new! I am 60 miles away but I'll be traveling down to Darien and All Pro for all my maintenance. Those guys are awesome! I'd also like to shout out to the tow company Hook and Book that towed me there and Josh for recommendeing All Pro. For towing service in Southeast Georgia they are the best.

Great job guys! My work truck went down most places told me it would take 3-5 days to fix. Truck got towed in Thursday and we picked it up on Friday. Again thank you for keeping the truck making money!

I'm not going to bash the team here. They always communicate and have been honest with me. They have a great reputation in the area and have clearly earned it. Unfortunately, a tech replaced my ball joints and within 1000 miles (4 weeks) my tie rod had stripped out while I was driving and I lost the ability to steer. I'm thankful I felt it going and was at a slow speed. I had it towed to a nearby shop in Brunswick. They specifically stated it appeared the tie rod was left a little loose and stripped free. While replacing it they pointed out my wheel bearings were shot and needed immediate replacement. This should have been caught by the tech at All Pro. In the possibility of it not having been left loose and it being a long slow wear they should have caught the tie rod and notified me that it needed to be replaced. I offered the picture of the tie rod to All Pro and asked what they could do to make it right. I was asked to stop the other shop and pay for a 2nd tow to All Pro. If All Pro agreed it was their responsibility then they'd pay for the 2nd tow. That's not making it right in my book. I held a few conversations with them and that was the only offer. I think as a business they need to address the tech individually. I think they need to make better effort to make it right when they make a mistake. I was not willing to have a 2nd tow and put my vehicle back in their hands based on such dangerous oversight. Again, not to bash them. I believe they do great work the vast majority of the time. I believe this to be a rare incident but a costly one.

Good news and bad news! On 12/15/22 my right rear tire blew out. The towing service towed me to All-Pro Automotive. They were closing but would look at the car first thing in the morning. The good news is that they did jump on the car early the next morning. They told me the belt had separated and recommended replacing the rear set of tires. I agreed, and they had me back on the road in early afternoon. Good job!! My bill was $433.40. Now the bad news. When I got to Charlotte, I priced a set of tires mounted, balanced, taxes, etc. at two different national tire chains. The highest out-the-door price for arguably better tires was $249.21! Where did the other $184.19 go?! I'm sure they would tell you they had to send an employee off to get the tires and the travel time was 45 minutes each way. So that's 90 minutes for $184.19?! That's almost $123.00/hour. Do you all really get paid that well in Darien?! You might say they got you in and they got you back on the road in the same day! If you would gladly pay that kind of premium, I know many people who will move to Darien to work for you!

While on a 3 day road trip from NY to FL my car decided to start making a horrible scraping noise while driving! I thought for sure I was going to be stuck for the night as it was already 4:15 - who was going to help me at the end of their work day? I called All-Pro Automotive, hoping they could at least take a look or a "listen"! Well, not only did they listen and look they also found the problem, fixed it immediately and had me back on the road within 45 minutes!! They were so polite, thoughtful and helpful! I would absolutely highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much for helping me so quickly!!!

Scheduled repair on AC, left vehicle at shop. Was contacted later to come pickup vehicle and make new appt for service due to scheduling error. 30 mile trip one way.Will reschedule and hopefully get AC fixed. Highly recommended.

Lisa from All-Pro, thank you for your professionalism and competence. We broke down less than two miles away on 95, Friday morning. We continued to Florida on our vacation from Greenville, SC. As a single, older woman it is sometimes difficult to find service providers who do not try to take advantage of me. Here I never felt that they were anything but honest and professional. Their rates were reasonable and even lower when compared to other mechanics.

Very happy with our experience with All-Pro! As we were traveling home from NC there was a vibration. Brought it in to All - Pro and they quickly diagnosed it after a couple min as a bad u joint and got us back on the road within 2 hours. We understood this is not always the case for the business to be able to fit us in but they went above and beyond to help. As we were very satisfied with our experience and grateful for them to help us get on the road we felt it was only appropriate to treat all the guys and girls who made it happen to a nice tip. Have a blessed day! We highly recommend All-Pro and wished their shop was closer to home. They dealt with the situation in a kind and professional manner. Thank you again for ALL your help!
