Kate has been supposedly emailing my mother a contract to manage her property for over a week and hasn’t bothered to follow through. This is after a second reassurance. I can’t help but be annoyed she would act so unprofessionally to a senior citizen. The least she could do is text.

Kate came to our home, spoke to use about our listing, said she will draw up contract and bring them by ti sign....NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD from her. I TEXT her several times and called with no response to any of them. GUESS our property was not going to be enough commission for her...That's all she had to say or she opted out but no response is not very professional. Other than that she was nice.
