Came in today and received the most nonchalant, subpar customer service possible. We are long standing customers of oReillys and have never seen such subpar service. We came in to receive help with our mass air flow sensor and although we knew that the part wasn’t available, there was no extra help or even acknowledgement of a solution offered. No one tried to assist with recovering the part, no phone calls to any other stores or anything which we’ve never experienced. We were definitely dismissed and left wavering our problem. Thankful that the Albany location was able to assist us fully.

Mark McMahn helped us about 2 weeks ago. Our battery died and he replaced it quickly and got us on our way back to Texas. What a great guy!!!

Like this auto store. Employees are amazing, and they definitely help you get exactly what you need for your type of vehicle. Depending on the vehicle, the parts can be pricey or low. It just depends. All in all worth it !!!! I'm definitely coming back to this location again when I drive through.

This place saved me today. I was driving from Florida to Fort Valley and my alternator started to fail. This place was perfectly located for me, they actually had the part, and let me borrow the tools I didn't have. Lots of friendly folks visiting the store offered to help me as well but I'm a strong independent woman. I was able to make it where I was going thanks to this O'Reilly. Great staff and had what I needed. Thank you

I drove through as I was on my way to Florida. It’s was raining and I was desperate for some new wipers. Sabrina became my immediate “husband replacement”, (he was not there and I’m not the brightest when it comes to anything with cars). She made sure I had the right size and offered to put them on for me! Which I thought was super nice and kind. I accepted (because I would likely put them on wrong) and I tried to throw her a $20. She declined but likely due to policy, but O’Reilly’s let me tip this sweet woman! Thanks Sabrina! You’re the best!
