From the beginning Blake was great, kind helpful and the units are nice and clean. I would definitely recommend Chestatee Storage for all your storage needs. Top notch customer service, the kind that you don’t find too often anymore.

Customer service is top notch! Units are in very good shape. Loved the complimentary lock, and the owner even had the forethought to cut the lock packaging so I could easily open it! I definitely didn't have a knife or scissors with me! Price is great.

If you are looking for a world class customer service from start to finish, then look no further than Chestatee Self Storage with Blake Adams. From the very moment that you sign up with this company, you can feel the difference. As a 10 year customer of Life Storage/Extra Storage, you are just a corporate number and $$ to them, but with Blake, it's clear that you are an important customer to his business. He personally welcomes you as a customer, and when I first came on the lot, he happened to be there, and personally came over to introduce himself and bring me a cold bottled water on an extremely hot day as I was moving my items in. Blake goes above and beyond expectations, and he will have my business for life with this approach. The location also uniquely offers 24/7 access to your belongings which is a huge advantage that I have never seen offered by other storage facilities. This was a huge deciding factor for my situation given my line of work. I strongly recommend this company for your self-storage needs. You will be in excellent hands with Blake.

From the moment that Blake took ownership of this storage facility, he has done nothing but make improvements for renters. When the latch unexpectedly broke on my original unit door, Blake moved my unit over for me IN THE POURING RAIN because he knew I had a crying baby in the car. If you're looking for an excellent storage facility run by an excellent fellow, look no further!
