USA Storage Centers, located in Dawsonville, GA, offers a range of secure, clean, and affordable storage units, including climate-controlled options and conventional units with easy drive-up access. The facility is monitored 24/7 by video cameras and is completely fenced, providing peace of mind for customers storing vehicles such as RVs, trailers, and boats. Access to the facility is convenient, available seven days a week. Customers have noted the friendly and professional staff, as well as the best prices in town. The online and phone transaction process is simple and user-friendly, and the facility is well-maintained, with no signs of pests. However, some reviews mention issues with the climate control feature, with at least one customer reporting that the unit was consistently hot, raising concerns about the safety of their stored items. Additionally, there were frustrations regarding billing practices, particularly related to charges after moving out. Overall, while USA Storage Centers has many positive aspects, including cleanliness and customer service, potential customers should consider the mixed reviews regarding climate control and billing policies before making a decision.
