The ladies here during lunch and the manager are the best. I work in daghlonega and make it a point to go to this burger King every chance we can. My order has never been wrong and they helped me when I ordered at the wrong store online. These ladies during the day need recognized they are simply amazing in a world now where customer service sucks.

Night staff is rude, we got there at 9pm couldn't go in so had to do drive thru. There was 3 separate order cause it was our church group. The took 2 orders made us drive around pay and go back around for the 3 order. They had just take cards for the first 2 orders and when we got up to pay for the 3rd order they were counting the til down and said they could only take cash now. We watched them close the cc machine down. We had no cash. The manager was very mean and hateful and we will not be going back to this restaurant.

The drive thru lady was very rude! Every response she had was rude. We didn’t get her name but she was wearing glasses. The other employees seemed nice. We asked for sauces and she told us it would be 30 cents extra to get more than one sauce, I don’t remember them ever charging for sauces. Horrible customer service from that lady!

Service was poor person in drive thru was rude she told my wife if she has a big order to not come thru drive thru we have a total of 5 people we have went there multiple times never had this issue want be back and we are locals!!!

Usually eat in the car and only like the Impossible Whopper. Other food is ok but there are better choices in the area for regular hamburgers and fried stuff. We regularly get coupons for Whopper Sandwiches and usually the coupons are accepted for Impossible Whopper Sandwiches....until today. I love impossible whoppers and don't eat regular beef, but the price difference between the impossible whopper and the regular whopper price (reduced by the coupon) is ridiculous, even for this affluent Dawsonville resident; I can only imagine how someone who lives paycheck to paycheck feels. Burger King's has no commitment toward healthier eating when they charge a ridiculous premium for the Impossible Whopper. If you can't afford the Impossible Whopper you can make a better burger yourself (at less than half the cost) by purchasing Impossible Meat patties at Kroger. I will continue to eat at Burger king at a greatly reduced frequency.Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is a great vegetarian alternative but the consumers are treated poorly by Burger King
