Burt's Pumpkin Farm is a family-owned and operated business established in 1972, offering a delightful fall experience for visitors. The farm features a wide variety of pumpkins, with over twenty different types available, along with Indian corn and gourds. Guests can enjoy hay rides, which are popular among families, though lines can be long. The atmosphere is lively, especially on weekends, with many families exploring the colorful selection of pumpkins. Visitors are encouraged to take photos amidst the beautiful fall foliage and enjoy the farm's country store, which sells delicious baked goods made from family recipes. The sweet aroma of pumpkin pie, bread, and pumpkin rolls fills the air. Other treats include boiled peanuts, popcorn, hot apple cider, and BBQ sandwiches. Clean porta potties are available for convenience. Burt's also explores innovative uses for butternut squash, creating personal care products rich in vitamins. While October may offer fewer large pumpkins, the farm still provides an enjoyable outing with plenty of options. With free parking and admission, Burt's Pumpkin Farm is a hidden gem perfect for family outings, making it a must-visit destination during the fall season.
Wonderful place to get the Fall experience. Fairly priced, and have great preserves/breads in the store.Bathrooms are porta potties but they are very clean!
