Through conversation, we realized we had some of the same mutual friends and acquaintances. Small world. Just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to these guys. Absolutely amazing customer service from everyone, especially the one and only Mr. Bill who delivers and picks up the pods. They just don’t make them like him anymore. He treated us like family from the start and took great pride in making sure our personal belongings in the pod were very well taken care of from picking up and to the delivery location. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your moving and storage needs.

I've had used this location's U-Haul service multiple times over the past year, and I must say that the experience has been consistently exceptional. The staff here is truly amazing. I highly recommend them!

Office staff was not friendly at all right off the bat. Not sure of her name but one of the ladies was very rude and just doesn't know how to talk to people. Not a great first impression.

Angela- worst office staff. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I described the camper length I had. I took her word for an uncovered spot. I paid in full, showed up after a weekend camping to a spot that is loose gravel, on a large hill with an uneven "driveway" and grade. The spot 227 should never be offered to rent- no wonder it is the last available. A skilled driver cannot even park a camper there. Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated and the office staff has a demeanor no one should have to deal with. I did have to stand my ground and ask for the owner to call me, in which I was answered with "you can email him" HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. Also described to Angela what an unacceptable and unaccessible storage space I was provided and "thanks for your opinion" was my only resolution. Sorry but, it's not an opinion, it is FACTS. I have never one day stored my camper there. I am asking for a refund in which I got a hard NO. I am reaching out here for a resolution.

I rented a 16 ft. pod for 3 months while my garage was being built. These folks are so easy to do business with - They deliver on time and pick up on time. Their fees are more than reasonable and the driver is friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them without reservations!

Calvin helped me with a storage issue today and was quite helpful. The staff was also helpful making suggestions on a larger unit and being kind enough to even bring me a dolly and help move my items over. The office staff was great too. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Byrd's Mini storage. Thanks so much to everyone there.

Rented a storage container while my basement was being finished. Byrds offered great pricing, they were very courteous and professional. They delivered the container and placed it where I had easy access. The delivery driver was great and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
