Amazing place! Very well organized and great staff. I wanted to give a special recognition to Jennifer for being absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and also to Larry. Thank you Larry for hooking up the trailer in piss rain. I highly recommend this place.

I wasn't sure if I gave the right location. The five-star review... But the whole company is great! Great alternative to pods and much cheaper and better service... And the delivery driver not only showed great care for my property but also was able to maneuver that thing in a place, I didn't think it was possible.

We have had a storage unit at Byrd's in Dawsonville for many years and always been very happy. We recently moved and used a portable storage unit from Byrd's. The experience was great from start to finish and it truly helped our move go more smoothly. They are great to deal with!

Angela- worst office staff. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I described the camper length I had. I took her word for an uncovered spot. I paid in full, showed up after a weekend camping to a spot that is loose gravel, on a large hill with an uneven "driveway" and grade. The spot 227 should never be offered to rent- no wonder it is the last available. A skilled driver cannot even park a camper there. Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated and the office staff has a demeanor no one should have to deal with. I did have to stand my ground and ask for the owner to call me, in which I was answered with "you can email him" HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. Also described to Angela what an unacceptable and unaccessible storage space I was provided and "thanks for your opinion" was my only resolution. Sorry but, it's not an opinion, it is FACTS. I have never one day stored my camper there. I am asking for a refund in which I got a hard NO. I am reaching out here for a resolution.

We rented a portable storage unit while we were moving. It was so convenient! We had to change the delivery date a few times due to our closing date changing, but it was no issue. Everyone was super friendly. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Love them, the ladies in the office are very sweet and helpful. The grounds are clean and there have never been any leaks in the multiple units we have. Would definitely recommend.
