Staff needs severe customer service training asap. The Young Lady that was managing the dressing rooms over the weekend was the rudest ever to all the customers. If someone would've punched her in the face i wouldve looked the other way.

When you return an item, they don't take your bage. They tell you to throw it outside.This is ridiculous!!! Staff is not friendly at all!!! I wouldn't shop here anymore, would go somewhere else.

Very rude return process. The receipt shows the date and it’s within the return window, but the rep believes I have gone beyond that date because she wants to refuse the return upfront. The quality of the t shirts are 3 rd grade. And you cannot return defective items in store.

Worst customer service experience with Calvin Klein store located Dawsonville GA (store # ck0046). Manager made racial comment and not helpful at all. I had to call Calvin Klein customer care and customer care people helped me out on the phone. But store management so much bias with other races. Shame on store management. Store manager who is short in height and wear glasses should get fired.

I am so disappointed in the management at the Dawsonville location. I have never had a problem at this store until 6/9/22 when I went to return a shirt. The young lady informed me that only the manager can do returns now. When the manager arrived and started the return we realized i had the wrong receipt for the shirt in the bag so I was looking for the correct receipt in my purse since i had made 2 different purchases totaling over $300 that day. When I could not locate it I requested she look at my phone number/email and see my rewards account and find the receipt. However she refused and said the policy changed and if i didn't have a paper receipt she could not help me that i was stuck with the shirt. After several discussions and my frustration, she finally agreed to a exchange for another item, however by this time I was so frustrated i just wanted to finish with this store and not come back . I won't be returning if the customer doesn't matter anymore than that

I didn't remember all CK clothes being CK billboards. I couldn't find any clothes that didn't make me feel like I had a sponsor. Perhaps I'm just too old.

Had 4 pair of pants, tags in bag & a receipt. At 1st cashier refused to proceed with the return because tags were not attached. ( Mind you the numbers to the tags are located in pants). Said that was their policy, but that is nowhere on the receipt or signs in store.Cashier called manager. I have a video of the manager being EXTREMELY rude and abrupt. I even confronted her about being rude and she snarled and said she wasn't rude. I had 4 men's pants that I bought and only 3 we're returned as she refused. This will be turned into corporate. If you don't like your job go find one that suits you. And with that attitude maybe a funeral home is best!!!

Nice location . The style fits the location. Staff was friendly.
