Kids were VERY disappointed that there wasn't a playground. The playground is about 75% of the reason we normally would choose Chick-fil-A over other restaurants.

I ALWAYS love our local Chick Fila! The particular day we went, the place was packed and service and food wait time wasn't as expected. It was so busy that it didn't feel like a personal experience.Kid-friendliness: There's no play area here like we wish.Wheelchair accessibility: It's extremely busy all the time so I wouldn't feel comfortable pushing a wheelchair through the parking lot full of traffic.

I go here a lot, I love the large Mac and Cheese. Lately they have been giving me not that much Mac and Cheese for $9 and it has been old and burnt! Also the cashiers inside and out are not friendly. I probably won't be coming back here. Its a shame i really loved it
