Dawsonville CVS is always busy but they are fast and efficient! Once my prescription is called in or dropped off they are fast. The employees are nice to work with.

Arrived at 6:40pm to pick up a prescription. I waited in the drive thru line behind 3 cars. There was another truck behind me that was also waiting. I arrived at the window at 7pm on the dot and they turned me away and refused to get me the prescription order even though I needed it for my sick 4 year old who has an ear infection. I find this level of customer service from a pharmacy to be detestable. I couldn't even have the prescription transferred since the pharmacy closed and my daughter could really benefit from starting the antibiotics today. I will be transferring the prescription tomorrow to another pharmacy and contacting the store manager.

There not answering there phones. Been on hold for an hour still no one answer. Have to drive to them.

Very much unwilling to assist customers, if you call, you are lucky to talk to someone, left on hold for excessive amounts of time (20 minutes plus and then hung upon. Going by the store to get an answer is a waste of time because they just blow you off. If they do not have the prescription, they refuse to call around to see if other CVS's have it available. Very unprofessional and uncaring

DawsonvilleA guy with long dark hair was behind the counter with a tired / bored / and horrible attitude, lazy even to greet the people in a polite manner. He answered to our "hi good ev.." (we didn't even finish) he interrupted "I m waiting for a client" no please, no greeting, no smile, we felt like we were not allowed to step in. Thank God we just quickly avoided any argument with this guy paying right away using the "self service check out machine" but goingback home very sad and upset at the same time. I feel very sorry for all the people that can come across to this kind of threatment it's HORRIBLE to feel. We will never be back there.Cristian and Miguel

I was passing through and had missed my refill at home the night before. Called morning I was passing through and they had my prescription ready in less than 5min. Actually incredible. Would recommend!

By far the worst CVS I have ever been too. Since covid you cannot go in to pick up your prescription. On multiple occasions they have texted saying the prescription is ready and when we get there they are just filling it. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Shop local people! Much better service.

Terrible customer service. We had a new prescription. We were told they were out of it and it would be 5 days until it would be restocked. We waited 5 days to be told the pharmacy is on lockdown. I don't know what that means. But we made multiple trips there. We made multiple phone calls. They never tried to communicate any of this information. We have used the nearby Walgreens for years. We only switched because CVS gives a discount for our insurance. We are going back to Walgreens. We have never had one problem there.

Order a prescription and they said it would be ready in 1 hour. I show up over 2 hours later to wait in a long line to find they had not even started to fill my prescription. Just horrible!!

Went there today to get my Flu Shot. Very professional and efficient. They were very busy filling prescriptions as I waited for the paperwork to be finished. Bob at the register was on top of everything and greeted a lot of the customer's by first name. Susan gave me my shot and did not feel s thing took a total of 15 minutes from when I walked in till out the door. Thought that was very good for as busy as they were Thank you.
