The pharmacy here is slow...beyond slow. The drive-thru consistently takes 30 mins to an hour if you aren't their first person in line. If you do go inside, it is usually just 1 cashier for 10 other workers in the pharmacy and the line is always backed up and slow inside as well. This mornings trip, got into the drive thru line at 9:30, 9:53 I am still the 3rd car waiting in line.
It is quite clear that this pharmacy is beyond busy, so why they refuse to staff appropriately to cover the volume makes no sense. This is not a new problem. Its been ongoing for years and has only gotten worse.
Parking lot is the size of a tin can and is compact, very compact.
No other pharmacy in the area carries what we need, so we are stuck dealing with it, but if you just need run of the mill prescriptions, try somewhere else.

At the current time I don’t use CVS as my selected Pharmacy. I will say, I have visited the CVS on Hwy 53 in Dawson Co. twice recently as well as one phone conversation with the head pharmacist.
My request for information over the phone from the pharmacist was “delightful”. He gave me more details than I expected and did so with such respect and care.
With both visits to the Hwy 53 store, the sales associate had such a good attitude. Very helpful and left me feeling awfully glad that I had chosen to go to CVS.

This is where I usually get my meds. The pharmacists are always nice and have helped me numerous times by telling me how to save on certain medications. Friendly. Recommend.

2 lipsticks and 1 opi polish all cost
half what 1 brow pencil cost at
Ulta. Great prices. Good products
All for less. The young man at register even took 2 24 packs water to my vehicle cause I told him I could not lift I have broke ribs. So thankful I stopped at CVS

This CVS is great. The staff are friendly and Katelyn was very kind to help me with my insurance situation. I understand their lines are long, but they are long for a reason and usually they are pretty fast.

I never can get my prescriptions ready when I call them in or request them on the app. I submitted my refill on the app this morning and it is now 430pm and it is still NOT ready.

This is a great CVS location and I don't have any major complaints about the store in general. And the pharmacists there are amazing and very friendly. But the assistants do tend to drop the ball from time to time when trying to contact your doctor to get prescriptions straightened out properly. Basically the customer has to do a whole lot of extra calling back and forth just to get their prescriptions filled in a timely manner. This is by no means the pharmacist's fault. But as a whole the store is great the customer service is wonderful and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and well educated as well as friendly which is a huge deal to me.

If you are using the pharmacy and walk in to 1 or more people in line (you will). Just grab a chair from the waiting area, set it in line and get comfortable you’re gonna be there a while. There is zero sense of urgency by anyone in this place. I will never get anything filled here again.

HANDS DOWN the worst pharmacy I have even used. Always a 15+ minute wait inside, no matter what time you go. Never had the prescriptions correct or ready when they said. No one could ever answer as to why. Switched to Kroger, much better service.
