This is maybe my second time coming to firehouse subs, I normally go to subway and just decided last minute I wanted to try something new. I am amazed by the size of the subs and how much meat/veggies were in it. It was all fresh and tasted amazing. I wish I knew her name but the lady who checked us out at the register was the sweetest person ever. She even came out of her way to help me with the menu when I was sitting at my table debating if I wanted a brownie or not. 10/10 would recommend, the environment is really well, feels clean and welcoming. I will be coming back for a quick lunch

Staff wasn't friendly. It wasn't at a busy time. It doesn't hurt to smile and be friendly. My sandwich wasn't correct. I repeated 3 times how I wanted it made. Still wrong. Sub. Was good and fresh but order wasn't right.
