The store is certainly fine, but their hired help is not. It seems that it is so hard these days to hire people who will simply be courteous. You have the opportunity in every interaction to make someone’s day a little better or a little worse. So I apologize to the lady behind the counter with the tattooed arm for trying to strike up conversation and be friendly to you. I apparently made her day worse.

Stopped by because I need a few supplements. When I walked in the girl was playing on her phone and when I asked her if she could help me find the supplements I needed because I have never been here before she told me all vitamins were on the wall. When I had a hard time finding the ones I needed, I listed items I needed and asked If the store had them in stock because I was having a hard time finding them. She seemed really irritated that I interrupted her screen time again and said pretty rudely, "As I said before all the vitamins are on the wall." and went back to scrolling on her phone. I ended up just leaving after that and found a different supplement store near by. I was really disappointed because this would have been a convenient location for me to buy the things I needed.

Purchased the membership without customer approval and charged $30+, saying it will save money later. Also scanned one more product I did not purchase. I felt very weird, double checked the reicept and realized they over charge $70+more. Asked for return but she never said sorry or anything but saying 'oh i wanted to save more money' which does not make sense at all. Maybe she thought us as a naive customer and failed to oversell

Got here at 11, because of the malls covid hours even though GNC says they open at 10 online. Waited 20 minutes on the bench next to the store, with it still closed. Don’t know how a multi million dollar company can’t open on time or even staff the store...

This location is in the North Georgia outlet mall. It's not bad. I didn't see what I was looking for (chewable ginger), but it did have lots of other choices on items that I would consider and I talked to the clerk who seemed reasonably well versed in what they offer.GNC is not what it used to be, but it still has a reasonable set of choices for those looking to supplement.

The employees at this location are always helpful. Leslie and Megan always take the time to answer questions. They are also able to effectively explain the features and benefits of the products and pro program.

I can tell you with all certainty I will not shop at this store again. I went in to the store while Megan was working - not only was she not inept about the products in the store she was also incredibly rude and didn’t even try to assist me in finding what I was looking for. Shouldn’t some knowledge of the product be an essential function for the job? Worst GNC experience ever.
