Such a disappointment! Poor customer service and the manager is awful. They lack follow-up and just plain polite customer service. I can't believe I stood in line several times to get in this store. Don't waste your time and money.

This was my first time visiting the North Georgia Premium Outlet’s Gucci store and a I was very pleased with the customer service. Bryan was very helpful with aiding me with me purchase and my overall experience. If I could give the store more then 5-stars I would!

I wish I could give 0 stars. The way my husband and I were turned away was awful and quite humiliating. They told us it was one sales associate with 3 customers while the says associate stood at the counter doing absolutely nothing. She wasn’t helping anyone and they were very rude telling us we might as well leave and they didn’t have time for us.

I had a wonderful visit at the Gucci Outlet, the team made me feel welcomed and answered all of my questions as this was my first Gucci purchase. Mandy’s product knowledge and service was top notch and I look forward to visiting her and this location again in the near future.

I was visiting in the area and decided to go shopping at the Gucci Outlet. There are only a few of these Outlet stores in the country so I was excited to learn that there was one in Georgia. As I was approaching the store, I noticed that there was a secured area with a set up for secured entry. There was a gentleman in a suite monitoring the entrance. As I approached the store there were two women in front of me. The gentleman at the door let them in immediately. More people exited the store while I waited. I waited about 15 more minutes as I was the only person in line at the time. I asked the gentleman about the process for shopping at Gucci? He informed me that he was waiting for a sales associate to assist me. I asked him about the 4 or 5 customers that had just exited. If that was his process a sales associate should have been available. I waited another 10 minutes and left without getting into the store. I think this process is suspect. Gucci do better. I was prepared to make a purchase but left empty handed.

I was super concerned about the reviews I read which referenced rude customer service, low inventory, and the No Refund policy. Needless to say, I was apprehensive about making the trip to Gainesville as I did not want to waste my time or be disappointed.I am happy to report that my trip was well worth it. Here's the real deal: The doorman is a bit pretentious (too cool to understand his role) however, the sales associates were very pleasant and attentive. Leena greeted me appropriately while servicing other clients and Mercede was very pleasant to chat with at checkout. As for the inventory, it was stocked like any Gucci store I've visited from NYC to Nassau. Something else to note is that they sell the in-season full-price Gucci you'd find in any Gucci retail store, with the discounted merchandise mixed in. Another reason why Leena was so helpful. I told her I wanted to see the items on sale, and she was very knowledgeable about what items were the deals worth traveling for. From beginning to end I was content with the experience and excited about my purchases. As for no signs of no return, it was clearly written on the credit card machine. I suppose it's possible to miss it if distracted, but now you know. They do accept exchanges within 14 days, so do your homework ahead of time or pull the item up on your phone like I did so that you won't be disappointed. This was a Thursday afternoon, so pack your patience if you plan to visit over the weekend. The word is out: Gucci's in North Georgia!

Every customer of this store needs to understand 2 things. First, buyer beware. All sales are final, there are no refunds. You receive notice of this after you purchase on your receipt. There are no signs like 'All sales final'. Second, it is not truly an outlet store. I bought a purse at retail price, the same as I would pay in Buckhead, except buying it in Buckhead I could have returned it when my wife didn't like it. Very disappointed, I will never go back.

Really rude customer service. Went in and no one offered help i had to ask 2 workers for a size and they never came back.Then one of my friends who has a company came in since he was passing by and was with his work clothes and they looked at him weird and didnt pay any attention to him. They should be ashamed of judging people by their appearances!! And yes my friend and I do often buy things from gucci but prefer the Gucci in Orlando

Website hours said they close at 8 - got to this store after driving for 2 hours and was told that they close at 7:30 instead. We knew what we wanted and was just there to buy the item. Maybe if they have posted online that they close the door early then we would not have wasted our time. I hope the corporate office of Gucci will correct this problem. Just post the right time that you actually close your doors !!

Why cant your store every pick up the call ? Can't gucci afford to have someone to attend store calls ? Next, the store gave us wrong item for which i had to ship that item back to my brother who was luckly there at Atlanta or else i dunno what other choice i had. Their mistake cost me around 60$. Never Buying from GUCCI. LV is soo much better in service, atleast they pick calls.

All of the SA’s were very helpful and engaging. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size shoes I was looking for but Homero will let me know when they are in stock. Great shopping experience.

Nice little store. They didn’t have my husband’s size in shoes I like, so I left empty handed!☹️
