“Showed up not knowing anyone. Left knowing everyone. The vibe is serious without taking itself too seriously — coaches actually care, nobody gets left behind, and someone will make a burpee joke at exactly the wrong moment. Which is always the right moment.

“Well, first day back to the gym after like 8 years...i did the eliptical machine for about 7 minutes, and thought i was going to die, but thats another story. I continued with other machines til i was finished and my fiance was done with her workout.
The gym was very well organized and spread out enough to accommodate a large number of people. Machines were positioned in a way to make you feel motivated to do 1, and then another, and another and so on. The temperature was perfect around 70 i guess. Good vibes felt there, i didnt feel intimidated going. Great place to get started again on the journey to better health and fitness.
Decided to commit...got my own gym membership and ima be going on a regular basis now. Its always good to be healthy and fit.”
