I stopped in here on a Friday afternoon to pick up a last minute birthday present for my daughter. I'd called before making the long drive to make sure they had a specific purse I was interested in. When I arrived, one of the sales associates remembered that I'd called and told me she'd put one aside just for me in case I came. But the highlight of my shopping experience was Ms. Gail. She helped me pick out some other things my daughter would like (at my request) and even let me know if the discount through the outlet (sign up for the outlet VIP program!). We had a wonderful chat and she really eased this stressed momma's heart. I ended up with a purse, a matching wallet, and two dust bags - all packaged up beautifully might I add. My daughter was absolutely ecstatic and has been wearing her new purchases every day since! Top notch service, wonderful selection, and great prices for quality Kate Spade items. Love this store!

They intentionally have people wait outside in a line to make the store look good. We counted over 30 people walking out, but they wouldn’t let anyone in until the line starts to loop. LMAO. Is your brand so sad now that you have to do this to “look good”? Customer service is basically whomever they can hire of the street. ???

Janson and Makayla was very sweet and helped me find all the items I needed! They gave great suggestions and answered any questions I had. The entire staff was very nice, and they all had great customer service. I will return to shop here again!

Today was the second time I have been in this store in the past 5 days. I would like to say what an amazing experience it has been and all because of Kenya. Kenya is extremely polite, well trained at her job and seems to love helping people. Always has a smile no matter how crazy it gets and gives her customers her undivided attention with her help and expertise. I would prefer to only have Kenya as my associate when I shop there. She goes above and beyond every time and she definitely needs to be recognized.Sincerely,Kim Bass

The brand is sought after which is good for our economy. But, the customer service is awful. One has to wait in line for an hour outside the store to purchase and even make a return! Even if you are physically challenged ? I tried explaining to the lady at the entrance about a physical limitation, but apparently the manager wants everyone to wait?I shared this feedback with the manager Ms. Ivy as well. She told me that was the instructions from the corporate.Is this the brand one should be doing business with? What is the ADA going to do about it?
