One of the slowest pharmacies I have ever experienced! The drive thru moves at SNAILS PACE!! Walgreens has infinitely better service but unfortunately I’m stuck at Kroger bc they are the only ones that accept my kids insurance. I’ll be going to a different location from now on. Absolutely ridiculous - 30min wait in line for like 5 cars.

Today approximately 40-60 minutes ago this pharmacy either misplaced or stole a controlled substance from a patient. Will be taking every possible step to report this pharmacy to the fullest extent. They were awful and provided absolutely no help whatsoever. They never admitted to nor rectified their missteps and were obviously inferring that I stole the medication. Fair warning to all - Have your scripts filled elsewhere!

I love Kroger, always have. The fact that the pharmacy closes for lunch and can't rotate employee lunch breaks is absolutely ridiculous. A lot of folks go to the pharmacy on their lunch break. I find it very inconvenient and ridiculous that management can't rotate a staff on lunch break. This is coming from a Chef. We definitely do not get to close for lunch breaks! Thanks for everything else, but you lose two stars because of the pharmacy.

Not only are they incredibly slow but the pharmacy techs don’t seem to have any idea what they are doing. Avoid if possible.

VERY upset with them.I have an RX from my doctor, but they are out of stock at my local regular Kroger. I called around looking for it at other locations and its on back order everywhere...EXCEPT THIS location. However they REFUSE to fill it for me because I'm a new customer with that location and its a controlled substance. CRAZY. Absolutely insane. I have a hard copy in my hand. It's a weekend and I am out of my meds and my doctor's office is closed. Their job is to fill prescriptions that are written from our doctors. Not to save it for certain people and Not to decide who they think needs or deserves it more.

Paula attended to my need promptly and got my script from my dr office in 5 minutes . Very good friendly service . All the staff are super competant and friendly .

Paula in the pharmacy is the sweetest lady. She's very kind on the phone and doesn't speak to you like you're a inconvenience.

Do not by cigarettes by the carton it is better to buy 2 packs at a time it is cheaper than a carton

On multiple occasions 'Courtney' in the pharmacy has been rude and generally I'll-tempered to not only myself, but others waiting patiently once they reach the counter. Doling out medication/advice takes a certain type of empathy she clearly lacks. Management: some individuals are just not capable of dealing with the public in fast-paced environments. Employees with personality disorders are better suited with a broom in the warehouse, not customer facing roles.

The click list pickup is a joke now. I went to pick up my order and it was not ready. They told me to come back tomorrow. This happens quite often. They are not even apologetic.

The staff here is really great. Sometimes there is a longer wait or a lot of cars in the drive thru (isn’t that the norm right now with so many people sick?) but you can tell they are doing all they can to attend to each patient efficiently. They have always had my prescription ready at the time that they say they will have it ready. They are also kind and courteous. I really appreciate their customer service and Curtus especially today was very nice and helpful.

Employees are effective. My prescriptions were ready 30 min before they promised me. Excellent staff. I'll return
