They quickly activated my phone. I don't think it's fair to charge $20 since I've been a Metro PCS customer for so long. I think they should waive all activation fees.

I came into the Dawsonville location today for a much needed upgrade. I have had my old phone for years and was extremely nervous about loosing my into and photos. Yarely made me comfortable in knowing that I would not lose any info or pics. She is extremely knowledgeable about product and services. She also is very understanding and KIND and patient. I would highly recommend you to do business with her and the Dawsonville location.

Stopped at the dawsonville metro store,10:18 doors are still locked .that store is definitely no help Maybe its time to change carriers since their service stores are no longer a help to me

Yarely was AMAZING! She was super nice! The phone activation and setup was fast. She answered all of our questions and gave us a breakdown of exactly what we were paying. Definitely ask for her if you come into this store! ☆☆☆☆☆

Dawsonville location- the lady working there could not be bothered to leave behind the partion. The phone, after we picked one out with no help, wasn't even in the store! It wasn't marked like the others were. Almost every phone in the place was not there. No help and no phones! We left.

So, my wife got this phone via Amazon and it said it was Metro compatible. On my day off I go up there to switch service to the phone. That one person in the store said if it wasn't bought in the store that it probably will not connect. She then proceeded to "test" the phone and charge me $15 buck... Even tho the "test" didn't work... So I took the phone back to my wife... She called the customer service line and had the phone activated in about 5 minuets... For free. Whats the point of having a store if no one in the store can help. I will be switching providers soon.... But not soon enough.

Went into the Dawsonville Ga location today to purchase a new phone. Helen helped me review my options and compare specs on the phones I was interested in. Both she and the other employee were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional
