I used to enjoy going to Panda Express for a quick Chinese food experience. I don't frequent them as often as I once did. I did notice some things have changed on the menu. I thought at one time they carried LoMein noodles, but I see now that they only have Chow Mein as the noodle option. The Chow Mein noodles are very thin, only when I have a large portion on my fork do I get any sense of flavor from them.The Teriyaki chicken, which is one of my regular staples I'd order, was very fatty when I ordered it on my last visit on 03/18/2024. It was quite a turn-off for me personally. What was once one of my favorite semi-fast food options seems to have fallen a bit from my preferences. Most of the other dishes offered seem to be consistent from previous visits, so it may have been bad luck I received Teriyaki chicken that was fatty.I do enjoy the atmosphere, the cleanliness and quick service I receive from there. Parking is a breeze the majority of the time, depending on when you go. Avoid busy lunchtime for easier parking.I do still recommend them as a place to eat, but as prices slowly creep up in today's economy, I may be better off paying a few dollars more at a more traditional Chinese restaurant. You may pay similar prices and get more for your money.

Someone needs to learn how to prep meals. Specially the chicken. Cut off the fat. Was disgusting ? and we almost couldn't even eat it. Was tons of fat on every piece. Hopefully management will read this and have them prep better! Never had panda or Chinese food with tons of fat.

I have pretty much visited this location every day for the last month. The new managers are doing great! They are consistently serving fresh, hot food that is delicious and healthy for me. The dining area is kept cleaner than it was before. The bathroom is clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and wear neat, clean uniforms. The staff quickly serve the customers their meals. The best part is consistency on every visit. I am going to get something fresh and hot versus a tired old burger that some place, like Wendy's, thinks it is OK to serve me. Great food, great employees- they deserve your business.Vegetarian options: I believe most of the menu items have meat in them. So if you like rice and cabbage you can find something to eat.Parking: A small parking lot but many people use the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: I could see bringing a child to eat here.

The food was great and initial order. I ate my food, but at the end when you could see the plate, I found the tip of a clear packet(think duck sauce packet). The problem was that all the sauce packets I had were all colored. Absolutely, no clear packets. I went to the manager and told her that the food was good and that I practically finished my whole meal, but towards the end there was a clear plastic cornered packet(you know the piece that you rip off with your teeth and then spit out). She said that it was probably one of my packets in which I said "imposible as al The packets you gave me are all colored and not clear." The sales associate and the manager just dismissed me, said, "im sorry, looked the other way and walked away. I was blown, as I spent almost $15 dollars for my meal. I truly was expecting some kind of compensation. A small soda would have done the trick. Some type of recognition. An eggroll would have done the trick. At this point of my life..its about service. I could have gone across the street and gotten authentic food or, anywhere else for that matter. I will never go to Panda Express again especially not in Dawsonville. TREAT YOUR CONSUMERS FAIRLY AND APPRECIATE THEIR BUSINESS.

This location NEVER has what you want to eat. Always out of everything and no one knows when it will be ready. You would think they would be ready for lunch rush!! Total waste of time.

Waited in line for 15 minutes and they were out of most entrees, except those that are spicy. When asked how soon the other food would be out, they couldn't give us an answer. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Should have food prepped and ready for a dinner rush!

The kids working that night were fantastic! One girl alone handling a Christmas crowd like that? And I was the last in line. We all laughed took a breather and they were so great!! Even the drive thru server was great! They definitely need a raise!

We placed an order for teriyaki chicken and I said I wanted white rice. The child taking our order said sorry we already made the order with fried rice and can't change it. I wasn't even done placing my order or even done speaking. The girl immediately said she already made it with fried rice and couldn't change it. Well that's too bad. I just left and didn't pay. I'm embarassed to breathe the same air as these morons.

very bad customer service. especially when the person who helped me realized that he didn't understand English very well. He even told me that there was no rice, I went by again and did he sell me the rice?

The food I ordered was absolutely disgusting. It was all cold (not your fault), the chicken was so fatty I had to spend 20 minutes pulling it apart just to be able to eat it. I ordered chicken and beef and maybe had 3 pieces of beef. Nothing on my plate had a good flavor. I couldn't eat more than a few bites. Couldn't eat the crab ragoons or spring rolls at all because no duck sauce or sweet and sour sauce was provided. And, I don't even like soy sauce but you would think that would come with every order. Spent $30 for our food that will get fed to our dogs! Never again! I can't even give one star for this, but I have to just to get this review to go through!
