“We had a GREAT experience today adopting a hamster for my daughter. The associate helping us (Anthony) made the process really fun and easy.
My daughter has been researching, preparing, and saving up for a hamster and necessary supplies for over a year, so this day was a really big deal for her.
Anthony was a huge help, was kind and patient, and answered all our questions. It was clear that he really cared about the animals and wanted us to have the best experience possible.

“What's with all the negative reviews? We go here for all kinds of all kinds of supplies; dog houses, fencing, feed, ducks and chickens. I have never not been helped by an associate, and in the case of feed one time, when the price was different at the register, the employee changed the price. I love this store, and the cumming location, and the employees at both stores are great!”

“I called in a panic Sunday at 6:45 pm, as when I got home from leaving my pup with a sitter, he had eaten through his crate! I explained my situation and told them I could be there just after 7 pm to buy a new one, and instead of saying “No, we’re closed”, they stayed open and helped me pick out the best crate for me and my pup. I could not thank them enough for everything they did! I, of course, was still panicked, but so thankful and I forgot to get their names! I appreciate everything they do for their customers, especially for those who those who are returning customers!”
