“What's with all the negative reviews? We go here for all kinds of all kinds of supplies; dog houses, fencing, feed, ducks and chickens. I have never not been helped by an associate, and in the case of feed one time, when the price was different at the register, the employee changed the price. I love this store, and the cumming location, and the employees at both stores are great!”

“I was taking my pet on a trip next day (last minute) and needed some items. One of those items had only one left in store, so I was grateful I could order online for same day pickup. When I got to the store with my pet, I asked for help with a few other items I needed for the trip. The staff was incredibly helpful to me and kind to my pet. I wasn’t sure I could figure out the ID engraving machine so they helped me with that too. I also appreciated that I could try on sizes with my pet to get a secure fit with different gear. I appreciate Petco greatly and I highly recommend the order online process that allows for in store pickup (same day) or delivery. My trip went smoothly and my pet did well with his new gear.”
