Do NOT use this pharmacy. My wife was prescribed a necessary medication and they didn’t call her to tell her that the insurance wouldn’t cover it. She went to pick up her meds and they told her 1) it wasn’t ready and she would have to wait. 2) it was $900 with copay (they should have notified her of this well before she got there). She found an online coupon to save her a lot of money and get the meds she needed. When she presented the coupon, she was told people on Medicare and Medicaid were not eligible to use the coupon (she isn’t on either). When she told them she wasn’t in either, they said “that’s how you are in the system so we have to go by that.” Publix will NEVER get another cent of our money. Be careful, this place is a JOKE.

Rude staff, super slow. Don’t really seem to care if you get your meds or not and staff seems to hate their jobs.

We have dealt with this pharmacy for 3 years and they usually make excuses why prescription isn’t ready or don’t have the medication needed. We have waited over 30 days for prescription refill and then they call and say they don’t have the amount prescribed but can get a few days… said ok go to pick up and still not ready… so frustrating

A little late posting this, but these guys (gals) are amazing. I took my father in law there to pick up his prescription. Dr had a coupon he gave with the script, but for the incorrect amount of meds.. Total was 3x what was expected! No worries though, The new lady at the window (I believe it was her second day) talked to her manager and got him a reduced price that was LOWER than the coupon price. Once again, amazing. Excellent customer service and overall great experience even though the coupon did not work. Thank y'all so very much! You guys are very much appreciated!!!!

Every time I go to pick up a prescription most of the pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Whether it’s in person or through the drive thru window the staff always has an attitude. The way things are said and how they sound are horrible. They act like it’s a chore to fill a prescription. A simple fix would be to go to another Publix but that’s 20 mins away, which is inconvenient. I shouldn’t have to move pharmacies based off of people not knowing or having the decency of treating others with respect. I would understand if it was one employee, but it’s many.

A friend and I went here to get a COVID booster. Their website said they took walk-ins, but when we asked for help, they told us we needed to make an appointment online. When we went to do so, it didn’t give us any time options and just signed us up for a time the next day that didn’t work for us. Honestly this was really disappointing. In a climate where they could have been so informative and helpful, they pretty rudely ignored us. Going to Walgreens.

Customer service reaches a new low. Came in to pick up my prescription that was called in at 3pm. I was told there is no trace of my prescription and I need to call my doctor. It’s 5pm on Friday night and my doctors office is closed. Won’t be sleeping without my medication. The “manager” rolled her eyes and told me to call my doctor.. I highly suggest if you want to consider yourself a legitimate pharmacy you somehow find the ability to actually give your customers their prescriptions… if there’s an issue I would think you would at least hire staff that are professional and competent enough to not try to blame a mistake on the customer.. last time I use Publix for ANYTHING. I live walking distance from Publix.. I will happily drive to another pharmacy and grocery store.

BIG banner out in front of the store says “walk ins” accepted for Covid vaccine. My daughter goes out of her way to leave early for work to go by there on a Monday afternoon to get her vaccine and they won’t do it. This pharmacy certainly doesn’t have the customer service that Publix is supposed to be known for.

I suffered from a stroke so my speach is very slow and I studder. While on the phone the pharmacy tech Brittany literally was laughing at me while I'm trying to ask questions. When I asked her to please don't laugh at me because this is hard for me. She hung up on me. I called back to complain to her manager. (I think her name was Rebecca) said the phone was disconnected. I will be going to another pharmacy when I go to my new Dr.s office. I need a pharmacy that has alittle more professional attitudes.

Pharmacy Manager, Rebecca Floyd, was completely oblivious as to what she was attempting to converse in regards to a simple solution to a sinus infection, strep throat and any over the counter solutions(s). She told me to use (1) Flonase, (2) An over the counter allergy spray or tabs (containing Loratadine) and something over the counter that will dry up/stop the post nasal drainage, so that the gagging and vomiting (SORRY ALL) will cease. This is NOT AT ALL what the PA at the doctor's office informed me.. Not even close! Common sense should tell you that when you're adding more liquid to your throat and/or sinus cavity, this is going to cause inevitable vomiting even more so... ??? Why not stop the drainage, allowing food to remain in the digestive system, where it belongs? Where did they find her?
