Terrible experience. Julia, one of the cashiers on 07/20 around 8:30pm was EXTREMELY rude. Passive aggressive to the max. The store was also messy, and when I asked to go to the bathroom it took 5 people 30 minutes to open the bathroom door. I was very distraught. To be fair, I only asked twice and I should’ve probably asked sooner than waiting longer but I didn’t want to rush anyone because maybe they forgot the first 2 times.

Great location with friendly staff. It could use a deep clean. The foul odor smacks you in the face upon entering the doors.

I love Ross, but this was a hot mess. 1 hard working person working the register with a 30 min line. Dressing rooms closed and people lined up for 15-20 min to use 2 “rooms” at the front of the store.

I stopped by to buy blankets for a community service project. I have been to a few Ross locations for these projects before, and always liked the way Ross is set up. The Dawsonville location is worth stopping by. They have a good selection of clothes and affordable prices. I also liked the availability of various sizes. I will continue to visit for future purchases.

Cashier asked me to take all hangers off my clothes and fold them. The store wasn’t even busy. Might aswell work there if I have to fold clothes on my day off.

Past few times I've been there the cashiers/employees have been less than helpful. Purchased a large amount of clothing, cashier asked me to take all of them off the hangers and fold? Also, had 7+ bags and a large rug, was told I couldn't bring the cart outside, I couldn't have help bringing items to my car, nor could I leave items at register to make 2 trips? Another customer helped me thankfully. Store is always half empty.

Really great employees, variety, clean and organized. Never enough cashiers and inappropriate to ask customers if they are over 55 (to get senior discount). Put a sign up and if people want the discount they can ask. Women are your shoppers, many will find this insulting.

Long story short, the cashier forgot to bag an item, when I got home I realized the item wasn't there so I called the store, the manager couldn't or didn't want to refund the item, $10 item, she offer me to ship it to me.So after a month and a half I'm calling for the third time, leaving number and address with a promise to be called back and nothing, last time I call, looks like they hang up on me. A very easy fix problem turned out in a circus. Keep the item and the $10 is not worth call a fourth time. Thanks for wasting my time
