Today Aug. 21,2022 my family experience the best customer service experience from Sha and Jaden( I hope I spelled their names correctly) my son had to return an online order and they were having a issue with the system, both stay very professional and courteous to us. Thank you so much for taking the time to get everything done correctly, yes it took some time but your patience and kindness really made it a wonderful experience!!! I Overly loved the RUE 21 located in Dawsonville,Ga Amazing customer service. Friendly staff and the store was wonderful and very organized very clean and was easy to find exactly what I was looking for As a customer, I’ve visited a lot of unorganized establishment but this specific store was up to par and deserve 10 stars. This store was surprisingly organized and the staff was very helpful greeted just as soon as I touched the door the aroma and atmosphere was very nice . The store manager was especially helpful in assisting me His smile was everything that described everything about his appearance and was very appreciative . I HIGHLY recommend everyone to shop here in dawsonville,ga at Rue21. I over love the establishment overall and definitely my go to store .

My daughter's o v er love this place.I think her closest is overfilled with clothes ? from this store.She buys everyone something from this store.Birthday, holidays you name it.it comes from here.The staffing is great as well.She tells all our family to shop here when they come to visit in Georgia.
