Easy 5 star review, Bradley is top tier. This store is excellently run, and I will definitely use this T-mobile as my "home store" going forward.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Paid off all devices and will not be back.

The Dawsonville store is by far CONSISTENTLY the worst Tmobile store. Our family has been with tmobile for over 12 years and we understand that companies have glitches that we are going to have to deal with occasionally. We usually have any issues handled through the customer service line. However, we have learned several times over that the tmobile store in Dawsonville (where we live) will always:1. Not acknowledge people when they come into the store. You will wait indefinitely without so much as a glance up or greeting.2. Have poor attitudes with customers as if we are all idiots and lucky to have their boundless wisdom (I’ve only seen young people working here)3. Lie outright to customers (I’ve witnessed them telling others things that I know to be untrue as well as myself and my husband) example- this 45.00 phone case will guarantee your phone if it is broken while in the case. I was right there when the girl was telling this to an older woman. They are dishonest about the wifi. The wifi service is wonderful if you are in a good spot within their coverage area, but I have heard them tell customers that need wifi consistently that they won’t have any trouble. Customers really should keep their xfinity until they know for sure that they will have decent coverage.Lying is unprofessional. If employees don’t know their products, or are trying to make sales quotas by lying. there is an obvious management issue.4. Add things to to our account without authorization- that we don’t know until the bill comes such as insurance, etc that requires ‘an investigation’ to be refunded for because it went through a store. Again, is this a sales-quota thing? We don’t purchase insurance through the store because there are more economical ways to insure your phone. They can add it without our consent and then let us sort it out when the bill comes?5. Selling a free ‘mothers day special’ phone that in fact wasnt free because the store never sent the traded in phone in for the rebate. This was an absolute mess.Again, this is a consistent problem that has actually trained us over many visits to avoid the Dawsonville store altogether. We no longer visit or buy things at this store, ever, and they are going to seriously need to overhaul the management and training policies to win customers back if they want to keep this location afloat. I would love to see a reliable tmobile store in dawsonville that could be professional and honest with their customers. We have no complaints about tmobile as a carrier.

The treatment of customers was terrible, the person who served was Hispanic, it was clear that he did not want to work, all the information he asked, he told me reluctantly and in a clipped way, I had to ask the same thing several times to get information. And it wasn't just me, he also treats his co-workers very badly. I went to buy a phone and it was literally as if I were begging for money. BAD BAD TREATMENT. They should send her to a customer service course. And I feel so sorry for the coworkers who have to be with her all day. Awful.

The cancelation policy is unfair. After being a customer for 7 years, I decided to switch carriers due to not using all my lines (4) and to save $$. After going on the app and canceling through my main line, I switched. Fast forward 2 months later, I got a $500 bill. Apparently, I didn't cancel correctly, even though 2 of my lines were on another carrier. I called them to dispute, but they sent it to collections FML. T-mobile has a bad cancelation process.

What a nightmare!!!!! I went into this store in Jan to purchase a new phone for my daughter. We have been with Sprint since it was Nextell. The sales person totally messed up my bill and it has been taking me months and many phone calls to get this sorted out. Bottom line is I will NEVER fall for another "promotion deal" again!! I will NEVER put my trust in someone from the store trying to push products and services on me. The last Tmobile rep I talked to on the phone (not at store) really helped me so my 1 star is not really for Tmobile, it is for the person at this particular Dawsonville store who ended up costing me at least $1000 of charges and major headaches trying to get stuff sorted out.Edit after Tmobile replied to my original review. They are apologizing for a long wait. I didn't even have a long wait in the store. The problem was that the Tmobile rep at the store made a mess out of my account by providing inaccurate and incomplete information and making changes which has cost me at least $1000 in charges that could have been avoided. I'm still trying to clean up the mess so it has also cost me many hours of my time! I'm so tempted to leave Tmobile if they can't get this sorted out. Very frustrating and it all started with the service rep in the Dawsonville store. I wish I had gotten her name.

Haven't been with teen mobile very long but so far my experience has been good. Sarah at the store always finds time to help me with my questions and concerns and always does so with a positive attitude. Would recommend

Excellent service from Chelsea she immediately got what I wanted and got me setup and out the door in about 15-30 minutes. She was very tired after spending several hours transitioning four phones from sprint to t-Mobile. I talked with her earlier customers and they said she served them very well also. Nice friendly place.

I have to say after around 3 hrs in the store and a walk out of store bill of $475 and some change the wife and I are very satisfied with our phones but shocked somewhat I guess ( I knew the screen protectors and cases would be expensive but, not that expensive. #pandemicpricing $61 for the screen protector my wife got and the otter cases $60 each. But though a little more than we bargained for in the long term we got our monies worth for sure. #satisfied #tmobile

I bought 5 lines back in May, the rep sold us some accessories and lied about them. I went back this week since according to the rep the screen protectors had replacement. I was helped by a young associate who said he name was Sarah, I couldnt confirm cause she covered her name tag and also said she was the manager and she had been working there 10 years… I’ve been going to that store almost 3 years and never seen her before. Since I was lied to and she couldnt help I asked for a manager or higher up and she said she was the manager and there was no one above. I asked for a regional manager which she said did not exist. She said if you have any problem call 611. I told her that being a store issue and it not being a T-Mobile corporate store 611 was not an option that would work. She then said not to talk down to her and proceeded to kick me out of the store. I asked how would tmobile feel about losing a customer because her nasty attitude and she said she didnt care to leave her store.I emailed the store and no reply yet, I will escalate this because my money was taken and my deal not honored. I am a paying customer and asked for resolution and was told to leave because her inability to call someone that could have been able to knowledgeably research and fix the previous store reps mistake. Since email was not answered I will continue to find a way to escalate this since you cant have people working and getting paid to make situations worse and no conflict solution talent.Update: I emailed before giving the bad review, this person writes back defending the arrogant employee but never finding a resolution for stealing my money and not honoring what they offered. He writes that I took off protection, I never wanted protection, I pay for a service that covers all electronics, hence why I dont want to pay $18 per line. I asked them to review store camera footage but instead they will back up the employee and not verify with proof that they messed up.Dont tell people to send emails, if you wont reply.

This is an outstanding T-Mobile location. Ruth, who is the manager, is so helpful and great to deal with. The service with T-Mobile is the best by far. I have used all three major carriers and I am a T-Mobile customer for life. I highly recommend this store.
