14 day return policy for items still wrapped in the tissue paper, never even touched, is ridiculous. We live 2.5 hours away. We can’t go every weekend. They need to be more reasonable.

I walked into this Tory Burch outlet and was in blue jean shorts and a t-shirt. No one in the store greeted me or ask me if they could help me. Every customer service that was not helping someone was on their phone. I picked up two bags and was planning to buy both but when no one even approached me I decide I would not buy anything. Worse customer service.

This is a great outlet and you can get some really fantastic deals. My favorite is the final sale section. If you go in, ask for Erica. She gives phenomenal customer service and always helps me with whatever I need.

If you are spending this much money to purchase premium product, they should give you take customer’s request to give fresh bag than the floor piece. The sales representative said plain No when we requested and they only sell from the floor.
I asked will you say NO if the customer asks for fresh piece? She said she will refuse and say No!

Good prices and lots of good employees, but experience ruined by the front door greeter. I needed to go in to help my family with payment and the greeter wanted me to wait in line. After explaining I was only there to help with payment, she let me (and my two small children) in, but followed with “Jesus Christ some people”. Both of my kids heard it. Tory Burch is a luxury store, not a gas station. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. Her name is Elizabeth. Hope Tory Burch will talk to her about how to treat a customer right.

There was a very rude manager named Lisa working at Tory Burch. It was July the 4th and she wouldn’t let any more customers in, although there were several minutes before the mall closes. We were there at 5:50 and the mall closes at 6. Other stores around Tory Burch still allow customers in. We were still allowed inside Adidas at 6:05. It’s as if Lisa doesn’t care about Tory Burch’s reputation at all.

Usually a line, but the prices are good. Look for boutique items to the left in the back. Good deals on clearance shoes as well.
