pump area was clean and working properly, good and helpful staff but store floor was not cleaned.

we rented a u-haul trailer from this location days in advance with a hold on your credit card for the purchase when we arrived at the time we were to pick it up there was no trailer for us there and the employees on location laughed at me said it was not his problem that I was to call u Haul.
