Stood around for 20 minutes in real time while the rudest employee ever learned how to use the scanner for the first time in their lives with my subject matter being the guinea pig. Absolutely wretched experience! Avoid this store!

This store has been so helpful; they have great customer service and a great location. Plus fantastic hours, even open on Sundays! I can leave USPA mail there also. don't know what I’d do without them.

If you're gonna go here make sure you get there WELL before closing time. Got there a couple of minutes before closing today and the door was locked and the girl was really rude and refused to open the door. I only had a fully packed pkg to drop off.

This store now appears to be closed FOUR days a week and only open on M-W! When I tried calling today it just keeps saying the call cannot be completed, are they out of business?

The owner of this store keeps the heavy foot traffic moving and jumps in to help employees. He always takes good care of my mailing needs and large print jobs for my sons art work 🥰🙌🏽

I really, really wish this wasn’t the only convenient location for me to go to. You can physically feel dread and misery in the air when you walk into this UPS location. Every single employee seems completely miserable and seems to hate each other. There is a middle aged lady that is always rude, always moaning and groaning and sighing, literally tossing things…the other employees just stand there with the most deadpan expression and barely speak and roll their eyes. I don’t typically like to write bad reviews but UPS needs to take a real look at this location and figure out how to fix the morale here. It’s physically uncomfortable and tense for customers.

The line of customers gets long sometimes, but the manager always grabs a wireless POS and helps. One girl is always smiling, and the other never smiles, but I've always had good customer service.
