My husband went to pay our business account monthly bill today … Checked in and waited an HOUR before anyone had time to take our money … ended up late for work because of this and client cancelled. Verizon cost us $400 by making us wait 1 hour to conduct a 4 minute transaction.

MICHAEL is the worste customer representative you could possibly work with. NOT "Thorough by any means what so ever. I would never recommend this associate to anyone at this location. COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME AND IS EXTREMELY RUDE. Very unprofessional and lied to our face. There management needs to address this to say the least.

I would never recommend this store to anyone. I have a business account and needed to upgrade 2 phones. After 2 hours of them trying to figure out how to upgrade the phones including a manager they said I would need to fill out 2 hours of paperwork. What? It’s a simple upgrade and I would think between you and your manager you have done this before. I’ve had a business account for 20+ years with multiple phones and never had issues. Obviously I told them to pound sand and walked out. Was planning on closing the account and moving all phones to AT&T but decided to call the business account 800 number. They said there is no such thing as 2 hours of paperwork and they had my 2 new phones setup and shipped in about 30 minutes. The staff at Dawsonville store is not trained and nothing but a waste of time. With this all said I am thankful I walked out because of they don’t know how to upgrade phones, it is likely they would have screws my entire account up.

Would give 0 if could. Used to have good people but no more. Didn’t open on time, computer showed pending order but Darron couldn’t get it to retrieve. Put me on with Verizon online then walked away to assist others. Told me I needed to wait & online rep dropped call on sold order. Reps here not competent to sell me new phone. Go to another store, Dville mgr should revamp this store & it’s horrible service culture

I walked in on a whim because I could barely do anything on my existing phone anymore. It was paid off and the storage was always full and it wouldn’t hold a charge more than a couple hours. I really just didn’t want to make another devise payment anymore because I liked where my phone bill was at each month. I’ve never been to another phone store where I wasn’t pressured to make a purchase by one of the sales people. It was a great experience overall. I left extremely satisfied. Bryce greeted me as soon as I came in and I told him what I was looking for and he offered me the best deal/upgrade/trade in I could have ever gotten. I went from an iPhone 11 64gb to an iPhone 14 pro max with 254 gb including a devise protection plan for only $17 extra a month. I could not pass that up. It was completely in my hands if I wanted to move forward or not. He was very patient with me in explaining all of my options. Verizon had to verify I was who I said I was and the manager even came out and apologized to me because that made things take a lot longer. 10/10 recommend. Thanks so much!!

Jessica helped us get started with Verizon in December and helped me again recently with a pick up order and I forgot to leave her a review then. She is wonderful! Very helpful and great at explaining everything to us. So happy we had her when we came in to get started!

We don't often encounter a Verizon that's both fast, and staffed with helpful, knowledgeable people who care. Jessica rocked a very difficult upgrade for us! Wouldn't go to another store now.

The manager in Dawsonville is fantastic. She was very helpful and patient and worked hard to get us the best deal. Even helped us pair the new phone to the car.
