First off it’s so much I can say about Mr. Eddie. He’s such a wonderful man, straight forward honest mechanic. I would refer him to anybody having car troubles.
He made it so easy for me and my wife getting our transmission fixed after we was sold a van that had issues. He communicated through the whole process and was reachable. He was very detailed as he explained the things wrong and what we should do. He kept his word through it all. Nowadays it’s so hard to find an honest mechanic but Eddie at AAMCO is one of the few great ones left thank you so much for all you done sir. And guess what, our van runs great!!! Go see him!!! I have to say that I have had many experiences in my life in repair my vehicles. Nothing like this. I have been misused by some. My experience with, Eddie AMOCO TRANSMISSION has been professional, informative, personal, and very unique from the beginning to the end. I recently visited with two problems and both were resolved with efficiency and effectiveness. The knowledge of the problem was simple to the staff
the results are rewarding. Really love how I was made to feel that my that my problem became their concern. The spirit of the General Manager is the driving force behind the success and wonderful experiences I encountered . I highly recommend this business to everyone who needs this service. I was not pleased at all. One minute the company told me I would have my car by Thursday the 6th of June 2024 never received the car due to parts not coming in on time. I have let it slide that time. I even ask when will they will be finish with my car which the company states either Tuesday June 11,2024 or Wednesday a June 12 2024. Now its Thursday June 13 2024 they finished the car despite that I ask to speak with the manager and they kept stating he not in not once but twice this week.

A waste of time had my car for 3
Months never touched it to work on it and then somehow someone came and stole the catalytic converter out of the car, they didn’t offer to replace it told me to contact my insurance company, so I felt like it wasn’t worth keeping the car there and ended selling it to a company that buy cars because it became just too much of a hassle.. wish they would have just did the work
And I could’ve left a good review but had a terrible experience with them .. if you want your car fixed in a timely manner don’t go here they have too many cars in the lot waiting for work

I was worried at first seeing the bad reviews of this location, but my experience was everything but! The staff was very friendly, my car was handled with care, and the communication between me and the mechanic was great! Most importantly, Mr.Eddie was extremely flexible with my situation. It's hard to find good people you can trust in this industry, but after all was said and done, I'm choosing to be a long time customer. I can not express enough how important it was to me that this be a good first experience. Mr.Eddie and his team delivered!

I had a great experience with this company, as usual You always worry when someone has your truck. Worried about the price and quality of work. However, I was given too quotes on the repairs and what the warranty would be for these repairs? I was informed of the process all the way through the repairs. My transmission was completed within 1 week with a 3 year warranty. I was very satisfied with this service. Thank you for being trustworthy And being transparent this is what consumers need thank you.

Mr Eddie made the entire process easy, he gave me helpful knowledgeable information on my transmission issue. he gave me information to assist me with financing and worked out a payment plan to help me. My vehicle is repaired and I am back on the road. He did a very good job and wanted me to bring it back in a few weeks just to make a follow up check, I am very impressed with his customer service and professionalism.Thank you Mr. Eddie.

I was kept in phone on the progress of my vehicle. Doing the time it was at the shop. I was kept in form on the delivery and time manner of getting deposits to repair my vehicle. Overall, the service was great.
