Bernardo and Arlanda (@ Dekalb Industrial Way, Decatur GA) know that customer service means more than filling out paperwork, dotting I’s and crossing T’s, checking off all the right boxes, and doing a great job on the vehicle. It means valuing your customer and helping them navigate the process, and realizing there are personal stories attached to each and every repair. I felt like a long lost cousin in a family reunion.
Thanks for such a great job replacing the rear passenger door of my 2014 Ram Bighorn 1500. Attention to detail was flawless. All the seams are aligned, paint matches, and the detail job was wonderful.

Nobody hates repair places worse than me. Bernardo & Olanda Were a joy to deal with in this situation. It was such a good experience. I think I’m gonna bring my daughter’s car here to get it fixed from her fender bender

First time to use a collision shop (someone hit my car from behind.). Very pleased with their service and the results. They detailed the car (inside and out) before I picked it back up. Including shiny tires! (See photo)

Everything was exceptional. From customer service to actual repair work, my experience was great. I never worried about the quality of work that was to be done due to the professional standards shown. I’m very fortunate for the staff here! My car was Towed here via ALLSTATE INSURANCE
this service Tech is very nasty HE called me wanting to know what happened with my vehicle so I started to explain …….I ended by saying the office administrator Ms Arlanda had me fill out the online authorization
He listened and then stated I was Stupid or it was stupid to send my car to a collision shop for a mechanical defect …. I started to explain to him I didn’t personally chose your shop allstate did and I also said I had completed the authorizations via online
He referred to the office Admin {as a Girl}
( ladies this should of told me everything that I needed to know about Bernardo K)
He (Bernardo K) said the girl on the office doesn’t know and I had to come in )
He proceeded to tell me about car terminology that I wasn’t familiar with and as I told him the conversation was getting too complicated for me he said he was trying to Educate me
he also said knowledge is power over and over stating women need to be educated
have two degrees from Ga State University
And I did NOT MAJOR IN AUTO MECHANICS
so it infuriated me to have to listen to a condescending male speaking to me this way
I will no recommend this location to anyone
now this man has demanded that my car be removed from his shop immediately I’m wrong BBB AND WILL CONTINUE TO EMAIL KELLY GANTT REGARDING THE RUDE BEHAVIOR IVE HAD TO ENCOUNTER

The trunk repair looks good, and I appreciate that. However, I didn’t ask for my car to be cleaned, and during the process, a piece of my radio went missing(the cap to the radio)—likely vacuumed up. Also, a cover piece for the rear windshield wiper is now gone, and the rim damage looks worse. I’m thankful for the repair, but overall, I’m not happy with the extra, unrequested work that caused more issues. Thank you, but no thank you. I gave videos of my car before I dropped it off

If you're in Decatur, and you do have a collision, these are great guys to know. They do work for Allstate if you're in the car insurance market.
