I called to get a quote, then went to my local location off flat shoals. I did get a better rate so I decided to switch. The agent, Erin was really polite and helpful. Erin made the process easy for me & insured me that I was in good hands with acceptance. She was very professional, even helped me with showing me how to pay online in the future.

Firsr off I went into the office with low energy, I mean absolutely no enthusiasm about switching my insurance provider but it was something that needed to be done. My feelings quickly changed after meeting Ms. Erins. She got me excited about bringing my money to and doing business with Acceptance Insurance. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She was warm, energetic, bubbly, very helpful and quite knowledgeable about her business. Which all made me want to give them my business. You can be rest assured that they will most definitely get the job done.

They never answer the phone they pick and choose who to answer the phone for recently been calling all day and didn’t get no answer and i had to drive up there to pay my insurance and i go inside and they just read the names on the phone and just let it ring saying they don’t feel like talking to them that bad customer service

I have to update my recent experience with this company. It started great, however things have changed. I have had to call in several times due to inconsistent auto drafts, when you call in you are met with a very unpleasant attitude almost intimidating because you are inquiring about your policy. My insurance was canceled due to their discrepancies and no apology was issued. It's sad how unprofessional and unpleasant my experience turned out. I am seeking new coverage.

I have been with Acceptance Insurance since about 2018. I would talk with agents here and there but nobody really stood out until about 2021/2022. This location is the closest to my home. When I Google Acceptance , I automatically get this location first and I always ask to speak with Millicent. She is so sweet & nice. She is very relatable & informative. Also when I call she automatically remembers me!My driving record is not the best so even though I have to spend a lot of money on insurance I feel like Millicent makes it a little better! I know I can call with any questions . I understand that the ball is in my court to lower my rate but I feel better after speaking with her and no matter what location I called I’m getting them to forward it to this location so I can speak with Millicent ! ?
