My experience was fine up until I asked one of the store clerk to assist me, with an installation of wind shield whippers on my. Which I found totally unacceptable and disbelieving! Out all my years as a customer with Advanced Auto Parts I’ve never had an issue with costumer service until now! Not cool Advanced Auto! Train your employee to better help accommodate your customers! We’re not asking you guys to do anything for free! My Goodness!

I was trying to reach corporate I want to say Thank you to LA Darrius.He went above and beyond humbly, even while the manager is very unhelpful. It felt like two different universes, I appreciate Mr. D. He made a difficult situation less stressful.

Bought a tire inflator from this store, brought it the next to return it because it was not working properly and was told by the employee that store does not accept electronic items.Sounded strange to me.He said i should come the next day to talk to the manager for her to decide if she will accept the inflator.The irony is that i have bought parts there for several years.I left the inflator on the counter and left

I purchased a Diehard battery back in February. It had not been starting for at least a few weeks. Took the car to Advance Auto at 4794 Flatshoals Pwky (near my house) to get the battery replaced. They tested the battery, said it was bad but told me I had to take it back to the Advance Auto that I bought it. So, I had to drive all the way from Decatur to Marietta and get there before they closed. Cam at 4729 S Cobb Dr. was awesome. He pulled my name up in the system to confirm the purchase. Said I purchased it at the Kennesaw store. But said he would assist me. Luckily he had a battery in stock, then installed it in the car. very courteous and customer service oriented.

Sold me a battery that doesn’t work. Bought it back the very next day and they refused to test it or accept a return despite me having the receipt. I pray they go out of business soon

The absolute worst when it comes to customer service or assistance. There was no reason for me to have to wait 10min for someone to ring up 1quart of oil when there was no one else being helped. The nonchalant attitude didn't help.

It is a rarity to receive quality and knowledgeable customer service within the auto parts community. Kudos to Tanya for her commendable customer service skills. Hat’s off to Tyriq (sp) for diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. And, a round of applause to the Assistant Manager Ozerk (sp), for his quality management and excellent operational knowledge. Keep up the great work.
