Alair Homes Decatur is an award-winning custom home build and renovation company. Reviews consistently highlight a fantastic, seamless, and professional experience from start to finish. Clients describe the team as incredibly responsive, proactive, and attentive, showing great care for both older homes and the families living in them. The design work is praised as superb, stunning, and perfectly matched to personal lifestyles. A major strength is the company's transparency and thorough planning. They accurately project a full cost budget at the beginning and stick to it, with no surprise costs. This includes detailed breakdowns and open books on all budgets, trade quotes, and material costs. Their management systems execute seamless projects, even during extensive renovations involving major structural changes. The construction process is noted to go quite smoothly with very few speed bumps. The craftsmanship and the team of trade partners are repeatedly called top-notch, reliable, and highly competent. They excel at coordinating complex work like framing, masonry, and electrical, even when unexpected issues arise in older homes. Clients are so pleased with the process and incredible results that they frequently embark on second or third projects with the firm. Multiple reviews state they would absolutely work with Alair again and highly recommend them for any major renovation, home addition, or remodeling project.
Alair was excellent and super professional. We loved working with them. They did structural work to our house and when various unexpected things popped we had enough in the contingency that they planned for so that it was merely a bump in the road. Would absolutely work with them again. Thanks Heather and the team!Service:... read full comment

I am an owner of Rosie's Roofing and Restoration and we have been a proud partner of Alair Homes, and before that Renewal, Design, Build since 2017. Alair is a great company to work with and has an excellent group of knowledgeable and professional project managers. You can't go wrong if you choose Alair Homes for your project.
