The AT&T store on church street have two of the best employees. Marley worked patiently with us with issues that took two days to resolve. He kept a pleasant demeanor at ALL times. He is being groomed by Shar, who is the BEST manager. She ALWAYS knew how to resolve a problem and gave GREAT advice on how to get the most out of your plan or product.

Terrible Experience. Went in for upgrade, was given an inoperable/defective phone - was told phone needed updating although screen wouldn’t turn on at all. Was instructed to plug into my personal computer and update NEW phone. I inevitably cancelled the entire process only to have my current phone now inoperable and requiring new IMEI number. Lastly, Protection Plan was added to account without permission when I was also apart of Family Protection Plan, thus was getting charged double. This was discovered only by another AT&T Store Manager at another (close) location. Overall, very subpar experience, won’t be returning.

Bhinti, Aaron, Desmond, and Ari made the process of getting a new phone so easy for me. This was such a daunting task prior to my arrival, but with the help of the staff, I was able to get this done so quickly. Not only did they advise me on which phone would best suit my needs, but they also helped me transfer all my data to my new phone. They also set me up with the most protective case. They explained MagSafe and showed me all the ways I could use it. They also put my screen protector on for me which I never would have been able to successfully do myself. I am very appreciative of the wonderful employees at this location. Thank you Church St. AT&T!!

Worst costumer service. I've encountered. Walked in store was not greeted or even Told how long I'd be waiting. Aaron eventually helped me after almost 30 minutes of not being acknowledged. There was another guy with locs who wasn't helpful at all and was training I assume another lady.

Went in to get phone upgrades. We were signed up for multiple services - protection plans and NextUp - without our permission. We were never asked about these services and they were added on to up the store sales.Please be sure to check your bill after making any changes to your plans here - be on the lookout for any surprise charges!

so I went on last month to cancel my Internet service,, I was told it was canceled at this location!! It was not canceled. I had returned the equipment as agreed on .. the worst company for Internet !! Caution ⛔️
