Clean store with everything I’ve ever needed in stock. The staff has always been very helpful & friendly. Self-checkout doesn’t allow you to scan any rewards coupons. Parking lot could use some work to make it easier to get into store - busted up pavement and there’s usually multiple people panhandling or loitering.

Very Sad! Stay away from this store. Kalisha. The lady that called herself the manager was so rude and complained about everything.
This store should find another store manager. Poor attitude like hers should not be forced on people or in peoples faces polluting the air. She turned around and was fighting all her other colleagues that tried to correct her, all in front of a store filled with customers. How disrespectful …

Brandy Kendall was a great help! He explained to me why my check engine light was on, recommended the right products top quality to average, he even replaced my tail lights for me. If this isn’t excellent customer service I don’t know what is. Thank you so much for your assistance I will return!

Worst customer service ever. The skinny black guy, low haircut Jimmy Lockbridge is his name. dude blew me off after I asked for one simple thing. Then I came out to car no fuss no drama, and said I was trying to help you you and rolled eyes. I am care free no drama but how you mad at me for you being unavailable, and you see me in the store looking and walk out when I don’t see what I want. If you don’t want to work or be mad and innocent customers go home. Simple.

Thank you KB (Kendall B) ! I arrived at the autozone this morning with several car lights on thinking it was a bad battery but I was unsure , however KB got me right ! Kendall had a great attitude , speedy service , attentive and was very knowledgeable about what battery would be best for my car . At one point I called my dad to confirm that I was purchasing the right item just to be sure and Kendall was very patient & helpful in offering to speak with my dad for me to clarify and make sure I got the correct items ! Exceptional service KB ! Thank you for making it easy ! If I ever have to return I’d ask for him !

On the early morning of Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 7:30, my vehicle displayed an error code, causing me significant stress. I spotted an Autozone nearby and decided to visit. The staff at Autozone were incredibly helpful and promptly addressed the issue by diagnosing and resolving the error. Best place to go. Got me exactly what I needed, double checked to make sure it was all correct, and helped me out a ton. If you come, ask for Suban or Kendell. They were extremely helpful and will get you right.
