Awesome experience here with helping me pick out new windshield wipers and installing them for me! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable (I believe Marvin and another young man helped me install the wipers). Would definitely come here again!

I literally walked in, there's 6 employees working and 1 other customer. They all look at me and dont acknowledge i exist as im standing in line. Granted 4 were putting up stock and 2 were at front counter as i stamd in line waiting for the 1 customer to be taken care of. I mean seriously you have 6 people working within clear view of the counter. 2 at the countrr just having a casual conversation. I see 2 counter people, 2 customers. Simple service. Well not really o guess

I recently had a disappointing experience with a phone representative from Auto Parts. The representative was rude and uninformed, claiming that they do not carry brake lights for a Chevy Tahoe. This was surprising, as brake lights are a standard component for most vehicles. I expect a higher level of knowledge and customer service from representatives, especially when it comes to basic automotive parts. I hope that Auto Parts will take steps to improve their staff's product knowledge and phone etiquette to provide better assistance to customers in the future

Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I have had with any auto parts store. I came in and asked for a part I needed to change my tire and was met with complete disrespect. Since Clarence was not able to assist me, I decided to handle it myself it figure out the measurements of something I needed. After twenty or so minutes of struggling, he approached me and my friends and saying we needed to leave the store and continued to disrespect us while we tried to checkout. As a woman and someone who was already frustrated with an inconvenience of a flat tire, I will honestly never look at an AutoZone the same and I hope that no one else has to deal with such behavior.

A dead car battery is not a fun way to start the day. Thankfully Rebecca and Marvin made the process of buying and installing a new battery easy! Marvin provided incredible customer service and was a pleasure to work with.

This store went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. The manager, Rebecca, and her associates were able to assist me with an issue that customer service could not address. I will come back to this location so long as I live in Decatur.
