As of now , my friend and I had been standing outside of this establishment for at least 20 mins now. Along with other customers we are wondering why no one is coming to the window at all and they are open. Also there is a wallet and key on the register on the register This is bad for business.

do not use your card here the manager and their employees are scammers and will steal your information. I called the manager and had a horrible attitude and did not handle the situation.

The young lady who was at the window today did an excellent job. Her name is Jonaye, and during this post covid Era it's been frustrating to be in the graces of God customer service. I appreciate her and her efforts. Keep an eye on her, she's a keeper

Okay, so this place also has food besides ice cream. Nathan's hot dogs, chicken fingers, and fries. I ordered the chicken fingers combo. I was very surprised it was good and not overcooked. I had leftovers (I only ate 2 out of 5) and my husband was shocked to find it was delicious. I will be back.

Yes sir, I had that $1.00 off any item coupon. The young associate had great customer service skills. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Best of all, he fixed my ice cream and it was not messy and running over in the container. I loved his customer service.

I love the turtle sundae here so I almost always get it. It's great with whipped cream and a cherry on top. I'll have to try something new next time. Our server tonight was very pleasant and served us with care and kindness.

Warning ...........No Stars for Bruster's Fake Ice cream the CDC located at1600 Clifton Rd tested the Buster's Ice Cream today after several customer came to the health department in Dekalb County reporting they was poison after they eat ice cream this week it had rat poison in it.... the owner Jared Vincent is under investigation.. PLEASE DO NOT EAT THE ICE CREAM or the food from this location

I hate coming to this location, it’s always something. EVERYTIME I come here, either they’re not open yet, closed early, strawberries are frozen, don’t have the cakes for the strawberry shortcake, or the young men that work there don’t know how to properly prepare the ice cream….I’m so irritated I want to cry. I’m pregnant with twins and craving my strawberry shortcake like crazy. Better off going to Redan location.
