Matt from Caliber collision is the best when it comes to customer service and making sure the customer understands the repair process. He kept me up with good communication and answered any questions I have. I highly recommend you working with him for any car repairs that you need.

Caliber Collision- Decatur/E. Ponce de Leon did a fantastic job repairing damage to my Charger. You cannot tell that it has been sideswiped. I definitely give Tria McWilliams a 10/10 for her friendly, professional service. She answered all my questions and kept me updated on the repair work. Thanks for making this a hassle free process.

Great service by everyone, specially Matt Paolini. I was rear ended and selected this shop to fix my car, and although Progressive made the process a nightmare (not willing to pay for all expenses, or paying for a rental), Matt advocated to make sure everything was fixed and covered by them. He really went out of the way to ensure progressive covered damage on the side panel (which they initially refused to pay) and provided me with a rental. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this location!!!

Caliber Collision Decatur did NOT disappoint me one bit. I never had to get work done on my Audi, but with them being an OEM for Audi, I was hoping I made the right choice. And I definitely did! My contact person Matthew Paolini was the right rep for me. I told him when dropping my car off the significance of my vehicle and this man made sure he took care of. Communication 10 Results 10. He told me my car would look better then when I got it and it sure did. Brand new! The work was immaculate. There are some little black smudges on my vehicle but once I wash they could come off. But don't be confused my vehicle was clean and shiny when they returned it. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work and customer service.

I’m so grateful for Caliber Collision! I got to work with Tria who was excellent! Great service, great communication, amazing attitude! I can tell she’s a very important asset here! Everything about drop off to paperwork to pickup was smooth and seamless! They texted me updates and even answered my questions on the phone with ease and patience. My car came back with zero issues just better looking! Would 100% recommend them again.

I don’t even know where to begin. My f150 was in a front end collision and my insurer recommended, being that I was from out of state passing through I took there advise. I was originally quoted about 4-6 weeks for the repair. It took 12. Along the way I was given about 8 different dates that it would be done. And pretty much every time ON THE DATE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. I was told it wasn’t. Which is incredibly frustrating. Being the climate we live in some parts are hard to get and there are delays. But this was ridiculous. I asked them for part numbers to see if I could source the They just refuse to give it to me. Now this is the fun part three weeks after getting my truck back I’m having a ton of electrical issues. Took it over to Ford And found the battery they installed is faulty, not charging, giving off the proper voltage and most importantly NOT a Ford battery Which means it’s not covered by warranty. Which at the moment seems like it’s leaving me on the hook for a $500 Ford battery because caliber collision decided to cheap out on the battery. Word of advice don’t go here and a general rule of thumb never go to your insurer’s recommended shop. There recommended because there cheap.

The staff at Caliber Collision were friendly and polite, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. They told me the repairs were complete, but some body panels were clearly installed incorrectly and had to be redone. Much worse, they let me drive off knowing the accelerator wasn’t working — only after I struggled to get the car back to their shop did they mention that they knew there was an issue, which they then claimed was preexisting. That’s unacceptable, especially since the car drove perfectly fine when I dropped it off, despite the body damage. They then told me fixing the acceleration would cost over $1,000 due to supposed carbon buildup in the throttle. I had the car towed to my regular shop, which confirmed the throttle had been properly serviced recently — the real issue was simply a fuse Caliber had blown during the repair. The entire experience was time consuming, irritating, and I consistently felt misled.
