I hate when accidents happen but I know I can count on great service with Caliber Collision. The staff at a very friendly and understanding of your needs. They work quickly to get the job done and when they can’t deliver by the assigned date (never happened to me) they offer to send the work to one of their other locations. They keep you updated via text and my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule.Now it took a while to get an appointment to get the estimate and then another wait for the appointment but they kept me informed throughout the process.Service: Body & Trim

Do not go here if you value your time. I selected this shop as it is a preferred shop with my insurance and one of the only ones I could find with availability. I didn’t have to work with the shop directly up until the very end, my car is totaled and I wanted to go get some belongings out of the car before insurance picked it up. I show up this morning right when they opened asking if I can grab a couple of things out of my car. The woman at the front desk very rudely tells me I have to have an appointment to do so, because someone will have to walk me back to my car. She said the person who would walk me back to my car was busy and it was by appointment only. I scheduled an appointment for later in the day, only to walk in, be handed the keys, and told I can drive back in the tow yard and help myself to what’s in my car. No one “walked me back” to my car, supervised me, or much less told me where it was in the tow yard. I asked if it was policy to need an appointment for someone to hand you your key, and the other woman working the desk said yes. I live 30 minutes away so this took two hours out of my day and required me taking time away from work. Luckily I didn’t have to deal with this shop for long, but I will not be choosing this shop again due to the lack of customer service and disrespect of my time.

Caliber Collusion exceeded my expectations. From the time I walked through the door. The young lady at the front desk greeted me with a friendly smile. She explained the process and proceeded to get my car rental on the way.Then comes my Assigned Adjuster (if that’s his title) Mr. Rommel. He was amazing. He explained the process and made sure I walked away with all of my questions answered. Rommel kept me abreast of the progress right up until my vehicle was complete.Everyone who walked in the lobby, when I say everyone EVERYONE, greeted me and other customers with a hello or are you being helped. Being acknowledged is huge and the staff at Caliber made sure to acknowledge everyone they encountered.Thank you all for fast snd friendly service. Oh! I forgot to mention, my car looks amazing! Again…THANK YOU

Caliber was great to work with. A tree fell on my car in one of the recent storms. They handled all the repairs and finished ahead of schedule. Tria kept me updated regularly and was a joy! Thank you for the awesome service!!

Absolutely Awful! Had to wait 3 week’s for appointment just for Caliber Collision in Kennesaw on Moon Station Road to see for estimate. Then it took until Aug. 28 to receive repaired truck. 26 days in rental car $$$ the last 2 we’re due to it sitting in locked lot over the weekend after repaired ,no one there treated this with any sense of urgency or concern. Very frustrating. Not their problem. Apparently they have too much business? I will never recommend this shop to anyone. The repair is fine/acceptable but the experience was very frustrating.It doesn't surprise me with how bad your Customer Service was that you " Could not find me in your Data" ... If I can give 0 star, I would.The actual repair work is sort of acceptable if you are willing to go to the store and check your car for three times because clearly the technician and I have very different ideas about the “car is fixed.”Now this is the FUN part. I know there is not a lot of Asian people here, but the GENERAL MANAGER really doesn’t need to talk with a racist attitude like that. “Pay the money and leave my facility”, “We all need to deal with all kinds of conditions”. If you don’t mind I reminding you, it was your technician who scratched a brand new lamp so you had to order a new one and that extended the pickup date for the fifth time. Also, it was another manager promised me that my extra rental fee will be on you, and when I mentioned it you simply had a meltdown in front of all your colleagues and said you are the one making decisions not others. What can I say, toxic masculinity and dictatorship at their best! Your kids must love you. Besides, you guys are the people creating conditions, and somehow, I as the customer needs to put up with all these willingly because otherwise I’ll just get yelled at by a giant man baby in the public.At this time point I just simply feel bad for people need to work with you everyday. Is this what they need to endure on a daily basis? I’m curious.
