Challenges is by far the best source for comics and games in the Atlanta metro area. They also offer a large area for gamers. Great people!

Not my type if store. I was looking fit like a casual 2-6 player game, something like the board game Sorry or even Candyland or something but this store has more intense time consuming games. They are all very specific and correlates with some type of comic or fantasy style gameplay, which is fine but definitely not what I was looking for. Staff was very nice. Oh and why are there no prices on anything? I'm assuming everything is like $60 and up.

The new location in Northlake Mall is great. The staff is still friendly. The displays are less crowded and we can notice more of the products.

Solid shop, they are in the process of moving now but they still had a very respectable inventory.

The reason why this place is awesome us because it is never crowded. Everyone who comes here is very nice, and the staff is too. I really enjoy the yugioh tournaments. No complaints! (:

Nice store with lots of options between board games and DND supplies, however, just expect to pay retail or higher for any item. Great for locals though who need that space to play.

Great selection of games for adults and kids including latest board games, Warhammer, Star Wars, Magic, Pokemon, and more. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The store devotes lots of its space to game tables and hosts community game nights and local events with late hours on Fridays. The abandoned mall makes it a little difficult to find but adds atmosphere and probably makes the extra space possible. It’s an actual comics and games store rather than a book store that happens to sell some games.

I had a mission. When I got the invitation to see Jason David Frank at Challenges, I accepted it. And, I gave him a Christmas present- The Zeddle by Paypal Beginner's Kit. He gave me pictures from his movie, The Legend of The White Dragon.I am dedicating my report in memory of Jason David Frank, ? TV's Tommy Oliver on Power Rangers 1973-2022

Helpful owner, great selection of boardgames, and a good vibe. My seven year old also loves it for the collectibles and the kid's comics.

Not a bad comic shop!??But it would be nice if they put some signage out near the main roads to inform people where exactly it's located.

Challenges Games and Comics owned by Tony Cade is an amazing neighborhood comic bookstore that has just about everything. It's an owner who grew up loving kind comics and it's a Black-owned comic book store. It's hard to staff a store and sometimes you might have to ask for help because they may not see you. But they have a full backroom of tabletop gaming ,they do card gaming, and have tournament,s they have all the newest comics, and the newest comic toys, lots of back issue comics, lots of magic cards, and a whole bunch of interesting T-shirts and clothing items. This is a store where everyone from any race creed color gender sexulaity or background will feel immediately comfortable. If you see somebody looking at you it's not because they don't want you there it's because they're just keeping an eye out on the customers like they should be doing. It's also a great comic store for kid, lots of kids stuff and they make kids recommendations. I would highly recommend if you're in this part of Decatur to stop in the shop. Just enter from the outside of the mall and bring a mask. Enjoy! say hi to Tony :)
