Concentra Urgent Care has a professional staff that provides excellent customer service. The clinic is clean and the staff is friendly, experienced, and efficient. Check-in is easy and service is quick. The staff is courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Although there may be a long initial wait time, the process is easy once attended to. Concentra Urgent Care is recommended, especially for DOT Annual Physicals, and lab testing is completed quickly and politely.

Accidently got myfinger caught in a car door. Waited for a little more than an hour, was informed I was taking care of it appropriately and was provided a stint, a referral for pain medication, and informed of best practices for continuous aide management.
