FyNesse and Khidja were the best. Its a lot going on over there but my goodness are they cleaning up shop there. They are both very friendly and lively and did everything with a smile. I dont need storage anymore but ill find a reason to rent again just to store there with them. Highly recommend.

Whoever is over the hiring process is highly intelligent BEcause they knew what they were DOing when they hired Khidja, Khalil and Fy*nesse!!!! They are AUMmazing giving GREAT customer service with a wealth of Right kNOWledge of the storage units. They made my day by helping me, tag teaming when answering questions and assisting with my unit!!!!! Keep up the GREAT work and keep smiling

Staff was nice however upon moving we found rat droppings in the entire storage and a dead ? rat in our items. Absolutely unacceptable ?.

I had a comfortable experience with the young lady Gina I was greeted with a smile. My storage did not have any step steps and she quickly remove me from that storage 449 into another storage. I appreciate that Cube Smart have her on their team. Thank you, Gina.

Tammy and Leo are great. My sister has had a storage unit at this location. My sister passed five years ago. I have been trying to get access to her account. Everyone one I have spoke to just tell me that's a legal department. And that if I want to keep the storage unit keep paying. But once Tammy and Leo help me to understand what I need to do to gain access. Thank you so much Guys

The price is decent, however you’re gonna have to set up some traps for rats. Also, before moving in, please put some roach powder down because your neighbors will be nasty and you will have roaches and rats in your things if not. The price was decent. should be refunded for the remaining of the month when we’re not staying the remaining weeks.
